Albion Springs Ltd can assist Customers in initial component spring design through to full project sign–off and manufacture.
We promote a working partnership with Customers in order to ensure the technical objectives of spring design projects are achieved.
Our Technical Sales and Coiling Engineers review all new component projects to determine feasibility of spring design, manufacture limitations and re-engineering considerations before committing to manufacture.
Albion Springs Ltd have tooling engineers who develop and maintain appropriate tools for our coiling departments. This allows us to provide a rapid turnaround service for sample spring design orders yet provides an integrated team capable of running both small and large quantity manufacturing in accordance with customers specific requirements.
Sample production can be undertaken at short-notice. We will consider the overall spring design and any additional manufacturing process such as cleaning, passivation, heat treatment, grinding and other related processes in our initial review.
